Prices — in words

Above the city average

New towers set an upper-mid price level, while older estates around them are visibly cheaper. Plenty of choice at both levels, which makes it one of the easier districts to match to a budget.

In every district we will find a home for you. These profiles are deliberately general — they are here to give you orientation in the city, not a valuation. Concrete options and current prices always come from a conversation.

Advantages

  • Newest buildings and amenities
  • Excellent metro access
  • Walk to the biggest office cluster

Considerations

  • Ongoing construction
  • Less green space
  • Fewer international schools in the district
