The website offers editorial guides (districts, schools, everyday life in Warsaw) and personal relocation advisory: free 15-minute introductory consultations, paid consultations and advisory packages, such as help with choosing a district, looking for housing or selecting a school.

The editorial content on the website is informational. Advisory services are provided personally, in English or Polish, in person in Warsaw or by video call. The exact scope and price of paid services are agreed individually before the engagement begins.

A free 15-minute consultation can be booked through the booking form. The booking is a request; it becomes confirmed once you receive a confirmation e-mail. It can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge by replying to the confirmation e-mail at least 12 hours before the meeting.

For paid consultations and packages, the appointment, payment and cancellation terms are agreed in writing before the service begins. If you cannot attend, please let me know as early as possible.

Prices for paid services are quoted before the engagement and are payable by bank transfer or another agreed method, in Polish złoty unless agreed otherwise. Consumers who order a paid service remotely have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason; if you ask for the service to start before the end of that period and it is fully performed, the right to a partial refund may not apply.
