Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data I collect when you use this website, why I collect it and what rights you have.

Last updated: September 2026

Who is the data controller

The controller of your personal data is Elwira Barańska (NIP 7181989945), with its registered seat in Warszawa, Polska, provider of relocation advisory services in Warsaw. You can reach me about anything related to your data at rafalowska.e@gmail.com or by phone/WhatsApp at +48 519 081 744.

Company details: Elwira Barańska, NIP 7181989945, Warszawa, Polska (the full registered address is on record with the company register and is provided on invoices and on request).

What data I collect

Contact form: your name, e-mail address and, if you choose to share them, your current location, approximate arrival date, message and any attached files (for example documents about your move).

Consultation booking: your name, e-mail address, optionally a phone number, the topic you want to discuss and the selected appointment slot.

Correspondence: if you write to me by e-mail, WhatsApp or phone, I process the content of that communication and your contact details.

Why I process your data and on what basis

To answer your enquiry and prepare for a consultation — on the basis of your consent, expressed by sending the form with the consent checkbox ticked (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and my legitimate interest in responding to messages addressed to me (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To provide advisory services you have ordered — on the basis of performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To fulfil legal obligations, for example accounting and tax requirements — on the basis of a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

I do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and I do not sell or rent it to anyone.

How long I keep your data

Enquiries and contact messages are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together — then the data is kept for the duration of the cooperation and afterwards as required by law (for example tax regulations).

Consultation bookings are kept for up to 12 months. You can ask me to delete your data at any time (see your rights below).

Who receives your data

Your data is stored and processed by service providers I use to run this website: a hosting and database provider (Lovable Cloud, powered by Supabase, with data hosting in the EU/EEA) and an e-mail delivery provider used to send confirmations and notifications. Attachments you send are stored in a private, access-controlled storage.

These providers act on my instructions and process data only to deliver their services. Apart from them and where required by law, your data is not shared with anyone.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website uses only cookies and browser storage that are strictly necessary for it to work: your chosen language is remembered in your browser's local storage, and booking-related information is kept for the duration of your visit. No analytics, advertising or social-media cookies are used, so no cookie-consent banner is required.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to processing, and — where processing is based on consent — to withdraw that consent at any time. Where data is processed on the basis of consent or contract, you also have the right to data portability.

To exercise any of these rights, write to rafalowska.e@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) in Poland.

Changes to this policy

If the way I process data changes, this policy will be updated and the change will be published on this page.
