What it's like
Mokotów is really several districts in one: elegant Stary Mokotów with 1930s modernist villas and leafy streets, the embassy area around Ksawerów, the Służewiec office cluster, and quieter residential estates further south. It is the default answer for many international families and stays desirable across market cycles.
